Just to calm people down (as I've been talking to a few this morning), when I do come back, my artwork/animations will come back as well. I know this is all very dramatic, and everyone wants to know the circumstances as to why I'm doing this. Yesterday was a very dramatic day, and a lot of stuff went down. I don't regret my decision though some may not agree with it.
This is my way of removing myself from the community at the moment. I don't want to feel guilty, sad, or frustrated anymore. In due time, I'll return when this blows over, but for now, I'll see you guys on a later date.
P.S. If you guys can, please stop asking about what happened. I'd appreciate it

Hey, a big fiasco has happened in the past 24 hours, and I'm withdrawing myself from the community for a bit. I've read some of the comments floating around in the animation community and kinda feel like I caused some of the drama that has risen up because of the artwork I posted for yellow. Some of them hurted...
I never intended that.
I've taken down my videos and art (except for one since it was recognized by the community) to show that this really has affected me. Until things calm down, I'll see you guys later.

Goodbye [Indefinite Hiatus]
I bid you my last greetings on this account in what may be for a long time or forever. But as the title states, I am abandoning/retiring this account and ALL accounts with the name 'ilkyra'. Unless at some point in the future, I find a purpose for it again, then I will make a return. For now though, that leaves this account on an indefinite hiatus.
It has been a good long run, and I've grown so much with this account. I made countless friends with it, gained quite a following that I only could dream of, and my work has come so so so far with it. This account was my childhood, and it followed me into my adulthood. So why? Why close this chap

Stream Sketch Commissions CLOSED!! - ROUND 2
EDIT: These are now closed for this round! I will be sending notes and invoices out today for everyone who sent in a form!
I have completed my previous sketch commission list, and I am ready to take on some more. I will be opening up my sketch commissions for the next 24 hours with no limit. After 24 hours, they will close. All I will say though for this time is that there will be a limit of 2 per a person per round.

Sketch Commission List [Currently Closed]
This list is not in order of who goes first or what. The order goes to whoever shows up to the stream. I'm making this list as well for my own sanity and to keep track with what I've done so far. This list will also be frequently updated with each commission I finish.

I don't know why people insist on making something big out of something serious... Leave it alone... It's a sad topic and really people should just respect that Ilkyra and the other artists that wanted to get involved were genuinely moved or influenced by this. You accept it, ask what happened, and support those who have been affected by it.
We're a COMMUNITY Not a GANG. We support each other and survive because of our acceptance and regard for one another. We have to approach things with tact and be more thoughtful and open minded about things and spend less time blowing things out of proportion.
I really hope things die down and that nothing like this happens again. Stay strong and keep moving forward! We will remember yellow and I know I certainly will respect the decisions people make. Please take your time and I hope all turns out well.
